Herbal Infusions takes great pride in offering the highest quality whole leaf teas on the market. All our teas and herbal creations are the result of careful consideration and many hours of product testing (also known as enjoying tea!) and through valuable feedback from our friends and customers. Since we are a Canadian based tea company we also have some unique offerings that showcase our Northern roots (our Niagara Icewine tea comes to mind). - We can not issue credit for orders not delivered on specific dates unless the order is shipped by an Expedited Shipping option. Orders shipped by ground delivery fall within Canada Post delivery guidelines which vary from province to province. Although we do our best to get orders en route as soon as possible, we can not guarantee same day service on our items or orders that qualify for free delivery. If you are in need of timely delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to advise you and help you choose an appropriate express delivery option.

- Returns & Replacements
- Although we want you to be completely satisfied with all the items you have ordered we will gladly accept back any non-food items that was purchased within thirty (30) days of receipt that you do not wish to keep. Tea and other consumable items cannot be returned to us (unless an error has occurred in order fulfillment). Please note that the cost of shipping these unwanted items back will not be covered by us. NOTE: If a return is for any other reason other than damage or shipping error, we will gladly extend a "store credit" or refund for these items less a 40% disposal fee. No refund will be granted for shipping charges incurred.
- When do restocking fees apply?
- A restocking fee of 40% applies to packages returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, or in the rare instances when all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful. The fee is assessed to cover the shipping charges we accrue when FedEx or UPS returns your order to Herbal Infusions.
- My order was shipped to the wrong address - what now?
- If an order is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address as provided by purchaser, and returned to Herbal Infusions, the purchaser will be responsible for the full cost of shipping, in both directions, as well as the forty (40) percent restocking fee. This applies to orders that are being shipped to regular and third party recipients. In the event that a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by purchaser we will not be able to issue refunds for products damaged, lost or stolen.

- Of Course! Some of our customers are a little cautious when it comes to ordering over the internet - and although we use the latest in encryption technology to keep your financial information secure we do allow phone-in orders. We are available M-F from 10am-9pm EST at 416-900-6942

- Account information can be edited or deleted at any time by simply logging into your account. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone- trust us, we hate spam just as much as you do.
